Your privacy

This page tells you, in simple words, what employers can see about you. It also tells you what they can never see.

What employers can see

  • Your name and the city and state where you live.
  • Your email address and phone numbers, so they can contact you.
  • The languages you speak and your English level.
  • Your work history, education, certifications, training, and skills.
  • The kinds of work, schedules, and locations you want.
  • A badge that shows our team has checked you can work in the United States.

What employers can never see

  • Your immigration status, your documents, or anything about how you became authorized to work. We never ask for this.
  • The pay you would like to earn.
  • How you prefer to be contacted.
  • Whether you would like an interpreter.
  • Anything about your support needs, like help with transportation, childcare, language support, or housing.
  • The name of the organization that referred you to us.

These answers are locked in our system. Only you and the CrewHub Gateway team can open them. Employer accounts cannot read them at all.

When employers can see your profile

Your profile stays hidden from every employer. It only becomes visible after our team has checked with you that you can work in the United States. We never share it before that.
